According to the Ministry of Education order (17764) dated (17/8/2023)

The Annual School Tuition and book fees are:

Students accepted at CSM before the academic year of 2024-2025.

  • 3,000,000 ID KG-G12

Students accepted at CSM in 2024-2025 and afterwards.

  • 3,000,000 ID KG
  • 3,500,000 ID for G1-G8
  • 4,000,000 ID for G9-G12

New applicants have a nonrefundable fee for the Admissions Process

  • KG1-G12: 50,000 ID

New applicants have a nonrefundable fee for the Entrance exam.

  • KG1-G6: 100,000 ID
  • G7-G12: 200,000 ID

Semester 2 new applicants pay 50% of the Annual School Tuition and Books

  • Payment must be made in two installments.
  • No discounts include this type of student.

New applicants have a nonrefundable fee for the Admissions Process

  • KG1-G12: 50,000 ID

New applicants have a nonrefundable fee for the Entrance exam.

  • KG1-G6: 100,000 ID
  • G7-G12: 200,000 ID

Notes

  • This agreement must be signed and returned by June 29th, 2024 (for enrolled students)
  • This agreement must be signed and returned within 15 days of registration (for new students)

 

Advantages

If this agreement is signed and returned by June 29th and first installment is completed before the mentioned date (for enrolled students) you are eligible for one time only (at the return of the contract to the admission officer) to

  • Choose your child’s classroom
    • Keep in mind class lists close at 22 students
    • Waived students must all be placed in (A) class
    • Choose one piece of our school uniform free of charge (short sleeve polo or long sleeve polo)

Payments for Students
accepted at CSM before the academic year 2024-2025 and KG students accepted at 2024-2025

The first instalment

IQD 1,000,000
  1. 90% is refundable 30 days from registration. (the date payment registered on the receipt)
  2. 30 days from registration books must be returned to their original condition otherwise a deduction will take place per book.A- Used books are.
    • name written on the book.
    • book pages opened or pending.
    • book covers.
    • highlighted book
    • any kind of writing in the book
    • anything the school librarian finds as used.
  3. No payment is refundable after 30 days of school for enrolled students and 30 days from registration day for new students.
    A- Failure to pay will result in
    • Students not entering classrooms.
    • Students do not have books on time.

The second instalment

IQD 500,000
  1. 500,000 ID. Deadline: October 31st, 2024 (nonrefundable)
    A- Failure to pay will result in
    • Reserving student grades
    • Reserving student assessments
    1. 500,000 ID. Deadline: January 6th, 2025 (nonrefundable)
      A- Failure to pay will result in
      • Reserving report cards

    The third instalment

    IQD 500,000
    1. 500,000 ID. Deadline: March 3rd, 2025(nonrefundable).
      A- Failure of payment will result in
      • Reserving student grades
      • Reserving student assessments
      1. 500,000 ID. Deadline: May 4th, 2025 (nonrefundable).
        A- Failure of payment will result in
        • Reserving report cards
